Job Description

6-month contract Project Manager role working with an enterprise organization supporting the transformation for contact centre and CRM technology.

  • 6-month contract Project Manager role.
  • Supporting the transformation of contact centre technologies.
  • Hybrid work environment located in Vancouver.

What & Why:
As a result of investment in technology, our client is looking to add a Project Manager to their call centre technology team working on a transformation program.  Ideally you have experience working with contact centre and CRM technologies. You should have very strong project management skills with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum leadership. You will work across multiple project areas, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineers, business teams, and technology leaders, to support the execution of critical initiatives. You are comfortable managing both scrum team execution and high-level project roadmaps, ensuring alignment between daily work and long-term business objectives.  You will bring a high understanding of technology domain, stack and skills and deep understanding of operating model of Contact Centers as well as strong financial and portfolio management knowledge with experience identifying, collecting, analyzing, deriving insights from metrics which stakeholders can leverage for decision-making.  This is a great opportunity to join this organization and help drive a major transformation for them.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, with 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in project management within technology teams.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum leadership, including facilitating scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and driving Agile adoption.
  • Strong experience managing software development lifecycles (SDLC) in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional IT teams, including software development, QA, and business analysts.
  • Advanced experience with agile & waterfall methodologies, Project Management Professional (PMP) nice to have.
Compensation:
This role pays between $95-110 per hour.
