6-month Technical Business Analyst role working within a support team for a global enterprise organization
Our client is looking to add a Business Analyst to their growing team. As a Technical Business Analyst specializing in Workforce Management (WFM) within this team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting selection, design and implementation of their WFM platform; Subsequent to implementation, the role will shift towards enhancing and optimizing workforce management platforms, data and reporting and processes. You will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and WFM specialists to analyze system requirements, improve integrations, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights. Your expertise in workforce management platforms, labor optimization, and Agile methodologies will be critical to delivering scalable and effective WFM solutions. You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within Workforce Management (WFM) technology.
- Strong understanding of Workforce Management platforms (e.g., Calabrio, Dayforce, Verint, UKG/Kronos, Reflexis, Workforce Dimensions, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying workforce data and analyzing labor metrics.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and working within cross-functional technology teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Understanding of labor compliance, scheduling rules, and forecasting methodologies within WFM.
- Experience with API integrations, data modeling, and system architecture in WFM solutions.
This role pays between $70-85 per hour.
