Job Description
6-month Project Manager contract role working on CRM technology projects for a global retail organization
As a result of investment in technology our client is looking to add a Project Manager to their customer support technology team. In this role you are shaping the way they work, fostering team culture, and driving continuous improvement. You bring a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum leadership, while also ensuring critical milestones, risk management, and timelines are communicated effectively across teams and leadership. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, designers, and business leaders, to streamline the delivery of impactful digital tools that enhance the educator experience. You are comfortable navigating between scrum team execution and high-level project roadmaps, ensuring our team delivers value iteratively while aligning with long-term strategic goals. This team has great leadership and tremendous opportunities for learning and growth.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 7+ years of experience in project management within digital technology, retail tech, or SaaS environments.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum leadership, including leading scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and driving Agile adoption.
- Strong experience managing software development lifecycles (SDLC) in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional IT teams, including software development, QA, UX design, and business analysts.
This role pays between $95-110 per hour
