What You’ll Do:

  • Promote HR guidelines that comply with legal standards and industry norms.
  •  Direct the recruitment cycle, focusing on attracting high-quality talent and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Cultivate a supportive workplace atmosphere by proactively addressing employee issues, encouraging transparent communication, and effectively resolving disputes.
  • Oversee performance reviews, set objectives, and implement career development programs to boost employee skills and growth.
  • Partner with leadership to identify training opportunities and promote ongoing professional development.
  • Create attractive compensation packages and benefits that conform to market trends.
  • Leverage analytical insights to inform HR strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure all practices comply with employment laws, health regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Identify critical positions and create talent pipelines to secure the organization’s future success.
  • Conduct interviews with departing employees to gather insights, identify trends, and work on strategies to improve employee retention.
  • Assist in workforce planning and organizational changes.

 

What You Need:

  • Diploma or degree in business related major or Human Resources
  • At least 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • CHRP certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Excellent professionalism and leadership skills
