What You’ll Do:
- Promote HR guidelines that comply with legal standards and industry norms.
- Direct the recruitment cycle, focusing on attracting high-quality talent and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Cultivate a supportive workplace atmosphere by proactively addressing employee issues, encouraging transparent communication, and effectively resolving disputes.
- Oversee performance reviews, set objectives, and implement career development programs to boost employee skills and growth.
- Partner with leadership to identify training opportunities and promote ongoing professional development.
- Create attractive compensation packages and benefits that conform to market trends.
- Leverage analytical insights to inform HR strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Ensure all practices comply with employment laws, health regulations, and organizational policies.
- Identify critical positions and create talent pipelines to secure the organization’s future success.
- Conduct interviews with departing employees to gather insights, identify trends, and work on strategies to improve employee retention.
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational changes.
What You Need:
- Diploma or degree in business related major or Human Resources
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- CHRP certification is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Excellent professionalism and leadership skills
