Role Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, helping create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for team members

  • Process and file client documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate office maintenance needs

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation

  • Provide support to senior staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or office administration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A professional, positive attitude with strong attention to detail
