Role Overview:
We are seeking a Transportation Administrative Clerk to support the administrative functions of our transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you will handle documentation, communication, and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update transportation records, schedules, and documentation
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
Process and verify shipping and transportation invoices
Assist with inventory tracking and manage transportation-related queries
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Prepare reports on transportation activities, costs, and efficiency
Communicate effectively with external partners and internal departments
Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or logistics support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with transportation management software is an asset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
