Role Overview:
We are seeking a Remote IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth technical operations for our team and clients. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, managing system performance, and supporting a seamless remote work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to remote employees and clients via phone, email, and remote tools

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, and devices

  • Ensure data security protocols and company policies are followed

  • Collaborate with other departments to implement tech improvements

  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system

  • Assist in software updates and IT training for team members

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration

  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, network setups, and security protocols

  • Proficiency in remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

  • Experience with cloud-based tools and SaaS applications

  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
