Job Description

6-month contract Program Manager role focused on the HRIS transformation of a global enterprise organization.

What & Why:
Our client has made a major shift in how they deliver people solutions to their workforce and as such are looking to add a program manager to their team. In this role you will be overseeing multiple initiatives and products within the people enablement technology team. In this role you be coaching and mentoring Project Managers, ensuring best practices, and responsible for the financials of their portfolio. You will also manage holistic program progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies and lead development and execution of program management documentation. We are looking for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

5+ years of program management experience

Deep understanding and application of waterfall and agile practices
Deep experience partnering with technology and business partners to align on program deliverables
Experience providing support and guidance for project managers within the program, including 1:1s with PMs
Experience supporting financials management in a portfolio of projects

Compensation:
This role pays between $100-110 per hour incorporated.
