Job Description
6-month contract QA Lead role working on a growing team responsible for technology related to call centres and chat bots for a global enterprise organization
As a result of growth our client is looking to add a highly skilled and strategic QA Lead to a growing team. This team is responsible for the maintenance and growth of their client call centre technology stack which is primarily salesforce and chatbot technology focused. This role will focus on optimizing QA processes, developing a long-term automation strategy, and ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce data streams and chatbot systems. As a key leader within the team, you will bring a forward-thinking approach, enabling the team to move beyond manual testing to a scalable and efficient QA framework. - 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce QA, with a focus on Service Cloud (experience with other clouds is a plus) and data stream validation.
- Proven experience developing and implementing QA automation frameworks and strategies.
- Strong knowledge of QA tools and technologies, such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and Salesforce-specific QA tools (e.g., Salesforce Inspector, SOQL queries).
- Familiarity with chatbot testing and ensuring quality in conversational AI systems.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC best practices.
This role pays between $70-90 per hour.
