Job Description
My client, a highly respected Big 4 firm, is seeking a Payroll Consultant for a part-time, 3-month remote contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking for a flexible role with a prestigious organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Process full-cycle payroll with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Tier 1 or Tier 2 HCM platforms such as Dayforce, ADP, Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Work with Excel to manage payroll data, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll inquiries and ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM platform.
- Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
- Fully remote role with work-life balance (20 hours/week).
