We’re Hiring: Procurement Manager – Vancouver, BC

Are you a strategic and hands-on procurement leader looking for a meaningful role where your expertise makes a real impact? Our non-profit organization is seeking a Procurement Manager to build and oversee procurement operations, ensuring ethical sourcing and cost-effective purchasing that aligns with our mission.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost savings
Lead vendor management, negotiations, and contract oversight to secure high-quality and ethical sourcing
Manage procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, ensuring smooth purchasing processes
Oversee inventory and supply chain logistics for timely delivery
Work closely with cross-departmental teams to assess procurement needs and optimize processes
Implement and manage NetSuite ERP procurement functions for improved efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor relations
Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor evaluation skills
Experience in non-profits, grant-funded procurement, or donor compliance is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
