Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with insurance inquiries, policy information, and claims support while ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to home, auto, or life insurance policies

  • Provide clear information about coverage options, billing, and policy updates

  • Assist clients with claim submissions and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems

  • Meet service quality standards and call performance targets

  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on client needs

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service (insurance or financial services is a plus)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software

  • Completion of or working toward a RIBO or OTL license is an asset

  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
