Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated Remote Retail Customer Service Representative to assist clients with everyday banking inquiries and transactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a virtual team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy

  • Assist clients with account questions, transactions, online banking, and product information

  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Educate customers on digital tools and banking services

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems

  • Meet service targets and follow TD’s quality standards

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in banking or retail)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online banking systems

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
