About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Outreach Coordinator to lead and support outreach initiatives aimed at engaging communities, building partnerships, and promoting organizational programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing logistics, and making a positive impact—all from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate virtual outreach campaigns and community engagement efforts
Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community groups
Schedule and host virtual meetings, events, and presentations
Track outreach activities and prepare regular progress reports
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and goals
Collect feedback and use insights to improve outreach strategies
Maintain accurate contact databases and communication records

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
Passion for community development or public engagement is a plus
