We’re hiring a Senior Sales & Account Executive to join our team in downtown Vancouver. Your primary role will be to engage recruitment decision-makers in small to large enterprises and recommend the most suitable solutions from our offerings. You'll be stepping into an established book of business, with the opportunity to nurture existing client relationships while driving new growth.
Some key accountabilities will be:
- Nurturing and expanding relationships within the existing book of business (accounting for approx. 60% of targets) to maximize retention and uncover new opportunities
- Engaging prospects through multitouch approaches (outbound cold calling) while meeting sales/KPI targets
- Conducting discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions
- Managing pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process
- Leading qualified software demos with product specialists
- Developing long-term client partnerships to drive repeat business and strategically grow accounts over time
- Collaborating with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs
As the Senior SAE, you’ll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.
About YouTo qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, RPOs, etc.). As you step into this role, we provide the support and resources to help you quickly integrate into our team and excel.

Continued ambitions to build a career in sales will ensure your success. Fluency in Spanish or French is an asset but not required.
