Job Description

6-month contract Cloud Product Manager role working with an enterprise cloud infrastructure team with a retail client.

Retail client located in downtown Vancouver hybrid work, 3 days a week in office.

What & Why:
As a result of investment in technology our client is looking to add a Product Manager to their team for a 6-month contract to start. In this role you will drive their teams “Automation Everywhere” strategy, run new initiatives and support existing products and services offered by infrastructure engineering teams. You will also collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand their pain points, needs, define epics and acceptance criteria. You will be responsible to design and develop a comprehensive roadmap for the evolution of Cloud Foundations within the company, aligning with business goals and internal needs and own the backlog and prioritize features and improvements based on customer research, stakeholder feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of roadmap items and partner requests. This is a great opportunity as this team has great growth plans for the upcoming year.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment with three days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud platforms and infrastructure.
Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred).
Strong understanding of AWS and Azure Cloud services and experience in managing subscriptions at scale and managing Landing Zones or Control Tower configurations.
Certifications in AWS or Azure cloud is a plus.
Previous experience as a Cloud Architect is a plus.

Compensation:
This role pays between $90-105 per hour.
