What - the Role:
As Manager, Recruitment you will work collaboratively with an excellent People team and under the guidance of the VP and SVP of People. You will manage a high volume of recruitment for a wide range of openings including Executive Recruitment in a proactive manner, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

You will partner closely with internal hiring managers and stakeholders, building pipelines, coordinating, scheduling, interviewing, shortlisting and constantly keeping communication lines open on project status/timelines.

Who - the Candidate:
You love everything recruitment! We are looking for a candidate who thoroughly enjoys recruiting, building a pipeline, using various systems and means of sourcing to attract top talent. You are a relationship builder with an interest and experience in diverse and complex recruitment, and your natural curiosity and attention to detail means you are always up to speed on the latest means of sourcing and maintaing talent. 

This role requires a mature and professional attitude, a passion to solve problems, a confident and excellent communicator, excellent time management and project management skills. The role requires 7+ years working experience in recruitment, ideally derived from a similar environment/Real Estate Development firm.
The incumbent must also have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, be comfortable with changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Where:
Downtown Vancouver. This is an in-office role. Transit friendly location with an excellent company culture and environment.

How Much:
Competitive salary in the range of $100,000 - $120,000 dependent on experience, along with excellent benefits, bonus eligibility, vacation, and other generous rewards.
