Job Summary
The Team
The Abbotsford AgriStability Verification Team is an established group consisting of 11 full-time members, including management, administrative, technical, and verification roles. As part of this team, you will collaborate with other verification specialists, administrative staff, and management from various areas within the Business Risk Management Branch. The team's work plays a vital role in supporting BC's agricultural producers through the AgriStability program, helping stabilize the agriculture sector in the province. The team is committed to providing inclusive, effective, and equitable services, fostering a supportive work environment for all members.
The Role
The Regional Support Clerk provides essential administrative support, with a strong focus on customer service. As the first point of contact for BC producers, you'll handle a variety of tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, and assisting staff in executing their work. Your efforts directly contribute to the AgriStability program, which helps stabilize farm income and manage large income declines for BC's agricultural community. This role is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about customer service and want to contribute to supporting BC agriculture producers while helping ensure the long-term sustainability of the sector.

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent and three (3) years related experience (administration support role, customer service support role, reception, and clerical roles etc.).
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
