Main Responsibilities:

HR & Safety

Data entry for payroll and safety records
Form/report completion and submission
HR assistance with new hires
Creating safety books (Job Hazard Analysis and crane checks)

Purchasing

Purchasing process (issuing purchase orders, merchandise receiving, etc)
Material consumption data entry in the ERP system

Various administrative tasks

Creating agendas and taking meeting minutes
Managing inventory and ordering various office supplies as needed
Take calls and redirect as needed, mail management, filing, etc

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma
Proficiency in computer skills
