RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attends toolbox/safety meetings at start of shift.
Works closely with Receiving and Procurement and provides back up support for Shipping Team.
May be asked to expedite orders and shipments by phone or email in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintains a clean, neat, and organized work area.
Understands and exercises good time management for unloading carriers and processes receiving goods to jobs and inventory according to established protocols.
Will be professional while engaging vendors and carriers as well as co-workers.

WHAT YOU CAN OFFER:

Computer skills, must be able to demonstrate typing ability
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Ability to work in all environments – inside and outside work required.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to read a tape measure.
A sound understanding of pertinent safety guidelines.
Appropriate personal protection equipment, steel toe work boots, warm clothing for outdoor work, all weather.
