Job Description

If you enjoy diving into complex invoices, responding to varied requests, and collaborating on ServiceNow tickets, this role is for you, all while enjoying a collaborative environment. Bring your 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ERP proficiency, and team player mindset to this role!
This is contract through March 2025 - 3 days onsite and 2 remote working days.

What- The Role:

Track outgoing payments through payment registers, invoice validation and spend guard analysis on Coupa for duplicate invoices
Communicate internally – oral /written for best practices for submitting invoices
Support the reduction of AP aging
PO/Non-PO invoicing, identifying duplicate payments
Help to strive and support for OTP report working
Any adhoc responsibilities within the AP shared services environment

Who- the Candidate:

Minimum 2 years AP experience with a solid understanding of the accounts payable (AP) lifecycle
Strong proficiency in Excel, exceptional analytical thinking, keen attention to detail (Swim will initiate an Excel test)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Oracle and Coupa an added advantage
Positive and hardworking attitude
High attention to detail
Team player mindset and high degree of initiative

How much:
$26-28/hr + 4% vacation pay
