Job Summary

The Team
The Kamloops South Shore Child and Youth Mental Health Team is a dedicated group of eight clinicians, and one Team Leader who deliver comprehensive mental health services to children and youth from birth to 19 years old. This team is a diverse group comprised of long term and newly hired employees and includes specialists in early childhood mental health, integrated practice services, and early psychosis services, all working collaboratively within Ministry Children and Family Development and with community partners, including Indigenous organizations. Our work is deeply impactful, addressing the needs of our most vulnerable and high-risk children and youth, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support.

The Role
As the Team Leader for the Kamloops South Shore Child and Youth Mental Health Team, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting a dedicated group of clinicians to deliver top-quality mental health services to local area children and youth. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being and functioning of vulnerable clients, ensuring they receive the care they need.
