Are you looking to elevate your financial career by spearheading complex financial consolidations and forecasts for executive committees and boards?

Who – the Company:A leading organization in healthcare is seeking an experienced and bright Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most knowledgeable staff in the healthcare industry.

What – the Role:

Consolidates interim and year-end financial reports and forecasts, including variance analysis, for executive committees and boards.
Coordinates business planning teams and ensures consistency and quality in financial reports.
Reconciles inter-agency transactions and adjusts annual budgets accordingly.
Prepares comprehensive reports for government requests.
Creates confidential analytical reports and briefings for senior management.
Prepares consolidated budget management plans and assists in annual service plan completion.
Identifies opportunities for increased operational and financial resource utilization and contributes financial expertise to various projects, including the development of best practices.

Who – the candidate:

Professional designation or MBA with 5+ years of experience in FP&A
Ability to understand the financial impact of operational decisions, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Strong consolidations experience from another large complex organization

Where:
Vancouver/Burnaby – hybrid working model and transit accessible.

How Much:
Please note the starting salary for this position will be based on the candidate’s education and experience, following our client’s provincial compensation reference plan and will fall in the range of $100,000-105,000.
