Job Summary

The Team
The ministry SaaS Team is a dynamic and growing group dedicated to supporting the ministry with cutting-edge, subscription-based software tools that enhance collaboration, design, and communication. You'll be part of a small but impactful team of three, led by a Senior SaaS Product Manager, working closely with cross-functional teams like procurement, designers, developers, and more. The Role
This higher-level SaaS Analyst role supports critical cloud-based tools like SharePoint, Miro, Figma, and Atlassian Jira, driving digital maturity and enhancing efficiency for our clients. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Degree, diploma or certificate in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 3-years experience in each of the following:
    • Administering and developing with Software as a Service (SaaS) suite of products, (e.g. Atlassian Cloud, SharePoint Online, Miro, Figma, Docker, etc.),
    • Transitioning teams from legacy software systems to Cloud SaaS with consideration around technical and human change management, and
    • Integrating SaaS software with existing operational systems, in the cloud or on premises.
  • Experience managing projects, developing action plans, and leading project teams in technical projects in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience in assessing customer requirements, developing and implementing technical and business solutions using SaaS.

Preference may be given to candidates with the following experience:
  • Experience working in an agile development environment with User Experience (UX) teams, designers, and developers to iteratively create or improve digital products and services from conception to production.
  • Integration Platform as a Service software suites with Software as a Service products.
