Job Description

As the BC real estate market evolves, clients are increasingly seeking comprehensive investment solutions. Many Vancouver-based developers are exploring opportunities in other markets, such as other provinces in Canada and the U.S., along with the corresponding corporate structures, portfolio loans, and the logistical and administrative aspects of fund management.

This growing demand presents a significant opportunity for Options to expand its presence over the next five years. To support this, we are seeking a Finance Director to lead strategic planning and establish a new department specializing in financial due diligence for local developers.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in both finance and real estate development, assisting local clients with Asian assets. They will play a key role in structuring round-trip investment arrangements and implementing investment strategies in Canada and the U.S. for both individual and institutional investors in Vancouver.

This is a unique opportunity to drive the future growth of Options while addressing the evolving needs of our expanding client base.
