  • Arrange the on-site execution and delivery of impactful industry-leading event experiences including coordinating logistics between various parties such as vendors, venues, partners, attendees, and internal stakeholders.
  • Own and develop the events team policies and procedures with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Manage, track, and reconcile the events team budget as well as event-specific budgets.
  • Provide event-related leadership and mentorship within the events team and across functions in the marketing department.
  • Ideate, plan, coordinate, execute, and report ROI on corporate events, with a specific focus on our flagship events.
  • Act as a resource and consultant with the advisory services team and senior leadership team to strategize and coordinate strategic events that contribute to the firm’s objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or community relations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Availability to attend events as required (including some evenings).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and able to stand for long periods of time at events.
  • Proven ability to complete several concurrent projects on time and on budget, with involvement of multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • National travel may be required.
