As the Sr. Manager/Manager, Brand, you will support with stewarding and future proofing the Aritzia brand by driving opportunities, initiatives and activations forward while ensuring seamless cross-functional management across all brand pillars including people, product, places, and communication. THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.

THE ROLE
As the Sr. Manager/Manager, Brand, you will:
- Support with the development of Aritzia's Customer, Community and Corporate Brands
- Evaluate our brand touchpoints and translate insights into strategies
- Bring our brand to life through authentic experiences
- Drive opportunities to expand our brand
- Measure and evaluate our enduring brand equity
- Safeguard our brand through identifying and guiding against risks
- Ensure a consistent and elevated application of our brand across people, product, places and communication
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Sr. Manager/Manager, Brand, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Marketing and/or Project Management
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- An understanding of Aritzia's brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
