THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Real Estate Development Design team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for overseeing the development of our world-class, aspirational Food & Beverage spaces. As the Sr. Director of Food & Beverage Design, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the design vision & layout of our F&B spaces is realized through meticulous design documentation that is complete, on-time, and accurately achieves a best-in-class, brand-propelling experience. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Director, F&B Design you will:

• Evaluate sites for optimal space use and compliance, defining space considerations and requirements to ensure efficient operations that are aligned with business goals.
• Lead the development of F&B design concepts that reflect Aritzia's brand, translating these ideas into visual presentations and design guidelines that will inform design documentation.
• Oversee the development of accurate, feasible, and timely production of plans, elevations, and sections that meet architectural and functional requirements.
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Director, F&B Design, has:

• Experience in Food & Beverage design
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
