Position: Bindery Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the bindery and lamination department
- Managing and mentoring a team of bindery operators
- Ensuring efficient operation of equipment, including Cutting, Folding, Saddle stitch lines, and Perfect Binding machines
- Performing routine maintenance and adjustments on machines
- Troubleshooting and resolving any production issues
- Coordinating with upper management to communicate and address operational needs
- Ensuring all tasks assigned by the production supervisor are completed accurately and timely
- Maintaining an organized and clean workspace
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a bindery or similar production environment is an asset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Proficiency in the English language, both oral and written
- Availability to work full time immediately
Shift:
- Monday to Friday from 8-4

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in the Bindery
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
