YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

Preparing items for shipping, and ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies, and store parts in proper place.
Other duties as assigned at the direction of the Parts Manager.
Unpack and examine incoming shipments to verify information against internal records, and record shortages and damaged items.
Complete shipping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.• Working knowledge of automotive equipment, parts and accessories.• Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.
Good computer skills (ideally Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP).
Current knowledge of local sources of supply, or experience with dealership Parts Department.
Well organized and detail oriented, with ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized system.
