Job Description

Please NOTE:

1- Candidates must demonstrate experience with Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS. During the interview, you will be assessed on your knowledge of these technologies. Only applicants who successfully answer these questions will proceed to the next round.

2- Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role as it involves regular phone interactions with clients.You should have great listen and speaking skills in english as this job requires speaking with clients on the phone.

3- Prior experience with server and email migrations is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, and software applications

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software

- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions

- Assist with network administration tasks such as configuring firewalls and managing LAN/VLAN settings

- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions

- Conduct system upgrades and perform routine maintenance tasks

- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Requirements:

- Proven experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and software applications (Microsoft Office)

- Familiarity with network protocols, VPN, and firewall configurations

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
