What & Why:

Our client is looking to add a Security Operations Analyst to their growing technology team. The ideal candidate will bring 3 years of similar security operations experience with a strong background within network support. This person will be the most senior person on the security team and will be responsible for leading by example and optimizing the tools the client uses. This is a highly collaborative team who really values teamwork, lifelong learning, and prioritizing growth.

They have built a strong reputation in their industry and continue to expand their technological capabilities to ensure the security and integrity of their operations

You:

You will bring the following education, skills, and experience to the role:

5 years of networking experience, including implementation and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls (Any product is fine, they use Cisco, Palo Alto).
3 years of incident management experience, including log analysis and security alert response.
Previously implemented 2 security tools in a mid-sized organization.
IAT Level 2 technical certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Certified Penetration Tester)
Deep understanding of Standard Information Security Baseline Frameworks, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery protocols and best practices.

Compensation:

This role pays between $85K-$100K per annum.
