Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Sales Representative / Customer Service professional to join our team. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and strong interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Effectively manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive sales techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and virtual communication tools.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
