THE TEAM
The mission of the Real Estate Development Programming Department is to represent the Business Owner to ensure the spaces we design & build will meet their functional requirements.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Programming (Space Planning) Team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for gathering the functional requirements for our physical spaces and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality project outcomes on time, and with accurate programming. As the Sr. Analyst/Analyst, Space Planning, Real Estate Development, you will collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Design, Architecture, Construction, and the Project Management Office to assist in translating business needs into actionable programming requirements.

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $100,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

THE ROLE
As the Sr. Analyst/Analyst, Space Planning, you will:
- Help define and document what each space needs to function properly, making sure it's consistent across projects.
- Support the creation of standards for how spaces should work, review current processes, and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with the design team to make sure layouts meet space requirements, giving feedback as needed.
- Keep track of space requirements throughout the development process to ensure they're accurate and follow the standards.
- Share clear and timely updates with other teams to keep everyone aligned during the project.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Sr. Analyst/Analyst, Space Planning has:
- Experience in space planning, industrial engineering, or a related field.
