What’s in it for You:

Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: A competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 with extended healthcare, dental etc.

What You’ll Do:

Manage financial records for a portfolio of properties.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Generate and analyze financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements).
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and timely.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and industry regulations
Collaborate with property managers and internal departments to provide financial insights.
Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Utilize Timberline (Sage 300) and Yardi software for accounting processes and reporting.

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of property accounting or real estate industry experience.
Proficiency in Timberline (Sage 300) and Yardi accounting software is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
