THE TEAM

The mission of the Labour & Workforce Planning Department is to plan and schedule labour to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labour wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Labour & Workforce Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for effectively aligning human capital with the needs of the business. As the Analyst, Workforce Engineering, you will support the team responsible for creating and optimizing Store schedules to maximize profitable sales, control labour wastage, and enhance employee experience within our Retail business. THE ROLE

As the Analyst, Workforce Engineering you will:

Optimize labour spending and productivity
Gather, analyze, process and optimize scheduling inputs
Support the Business with live week schedule changes

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Analyst, Workforce Engineering has:

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $130,000 -160,00 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
