Job Description

Join our Client’s Future of Work team and play a pivotal role as an Operations Specialist, enhancing workplace experience through strategic policy application, attendance compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 2-5 years of experience in HR or business environments, skilled in project management and passionate about improving workplace dynamics and employee satisfaction.
This is contract through February 2025 - 3 days onsite and 2 remote working days.

What- The Role:
This Future of Work team is on a journey to empower effective work within our client’s physical and digital workplaces - improving workplace experience across where, how, and when we work. As the Operations Specialist, Future of Work & Workplace Experience, you will leverage existing policies and practices to bring strategy to life across the portfolio, including delivery of attendance compliance processes, support for internal employees in navigating policy application, maintenance of internal intranet site and policies, plus other distinct workplace experience projects as required.
  • Drive the internal attendance compliance process by supporting project plan (timeline, communications, etc.) and partnering with internal teams like Facilities and People Analytics to investigate data discrepancies within reporting.
  • Support with internal-facing document administration and knowledge management, including policy creation/maintenance for workplace and location strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Partner with internal teams like Future of Work, Digital and Technology to digitize key processes.
  • Respond to internal employee workplace inbox questions around reporting or other policy application/feedback.
 Who- the Candidate: 
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience, HR or business environments preferred.
  • A background in project management and/or process improvement is an asset.
  • Comfortable in the details – reviewing data, tracking individual conversations, policy interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills – can partner effectively with internal teams and communicate with empathy and understanding, as required, to internal employees.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong organizational and process skills
  • Ability to operate successfully in a high-growth, dynamic organization.
How much:
$40-45/hr + 4% vacation pay
