Reporting to the Director, ERP, the Manager, Technology, ERP is responsible for leading the technical implementation of the ERP system and integration with other technology-enabled projects. The Manager both lead a technical team and be a ERP systems specialist who makes decisions regarding the technical architecture and design of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system and influences ERP integration decisions with other technology initiatives.

Salary Range: $157,000 - $194,000
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.

Responsibilities:
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Provide leadership, guidance and coordination of the technical aspects (Integration, Data, Reporting, Architecture, Infrastructure) of the ERP implementation, ensuring it meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing systems
- Lead the core Technology project members in designing and maintaining a comprehensive technical strategy e.g. integration approach, SAP cloud migration and transformation strategy for the ERP project, aligning it with the broader transformation goals
- Ensure the ERP system integrates effectively addressing any technical interdependencies and facilitating smooth data flow across platforms
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks associated with the ERP implementation, including data security and system reliability
- Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve project objectives
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of the technology team and ongoing system performance
- Collaborate with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to align project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure the ERP project supports overall transformation goals and other significant technology initiatives
- Provide technical insights and updates, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation strategy
- Key performance metrics include: project timeline adherence, risk management effectiveness (number of risks identified vs. risks mitigated or resolved) and post-implementation issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Computer or Applied Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology project management or business transformation with sophisticated knowledge of the industry an asset
mitigating technical risks, ensuring project stability and security.
Works effectively with cross-functional teams and partners, fostering a collaborative, cooperative and inclusive environment.
Goal-oriented, dedicated to achieving project objectives and providing value to the organization
Clearly and effectively communicates technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Attentive to details, prioritizes the intricacies of technical implementation to produce high-quality results - Demonstrated ERP system expertise with a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including BASIS, development, and security
- Experience with RISE and Business Technology Platform (BTP) preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in large-scale technical projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Strong leadership capability in solution design and software configuration with ability to lead and encourage technical teams
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data management and governance and security in the context of ERP systems.
