Job duties

• Supervise, plan, and execute all warehouse operations
• Instruct and train others on facility safety, warehouse duties, inventory control, and fulfillment processes
• Enforce and safeguard supply chain processes
• Own and train others on warehouse specialized tools and equipment
• Maintain and track all tools and equipment in the warehouse area
• Track, receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Track and fulfill orders, follow all outgoing deliveries and returns
• Obtain supplies and materials for the required jobs
• Travel to supplier and job sites to perform required duties
• Assemble and perform quality control on products
• Execute plans and resolve all customer requests with Sales and Support teams
• Perform inventory control functions working alongside with the Finance team
• Collaborate and execute with Product Development and Marketing teams on product improvement and communication projects; maintain a master calendar
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting support on products to Customer team
• Oversee all freight from quote to delivery including all required customs documentation
• Obtain new and maintain existing supply chain vendor and service providers
• Uphold facility compliance, safety, and security standards per polices and instructions
• Perform performance review with supervised workers if required

 Terms of employment

The position is indeterminate, full-time (40 hours per week)

Expected Employment Start Date: as soon as possible

Skills requirements – Education and Work experience

Education:

Secondary (high) school required

CPR and First Aid Certificate required

Forklift Certificate is an asset

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, coordination, product assembly, inventory control and customer service arena or similar is required
• Minimum 1 year of inventory and product quality control experience is required.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Asset Treatment, Shopify, MS Office, inventory control tools and receiving and inspection of products is required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Language requirements:

Ability to communicate both written and verbally in English is required
