Since 1985, we have partnered with Canada’s leading insurers to build long-term relationships with our clients where building trust around service and expertise is a priority.

We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals with positive attitude to fill several openings at our West Vancouver and Richmond locations.

Job Description:

Greet walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer telephone calls, and assist with general inquiries
Process personal line renewal and invoicing in a timely and professional manner
Process ICBC transaction & batching
Administration and clerical duties as required by branch manager

Skills & Qualification:

General Insurance Agent Level 1 Licence is considered a strong asset
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Second language (especially Cantonese or Mandarin) is preferred
Must be willing to work shift/weekends
Strong attention to detail
Friendly personality and customer-oriented attitude
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Must be legal to work in Canada
