Job Description

Our growing client in the Fraser Valley is looking to add a Human Resources Manager to their team. Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and onboarding. You will also manage employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, benefit administration, and union negotiations. This position is a key role in enhancing workplace culture by demonstrating a commitment to ensuring HR services are responsible to the needs of the organization and employees. Ideally you have your CPHR, and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a minimum of 2 years managing a team.
