Where you'll work
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely, and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.
What you'll do
- Maintain and update technical rules within the Claims Management System (CMS) and related healthcare service registries/databases.
- Support system integrations with CMS, including data management, reporting tools, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain procedure manuals and training materials while providing education to internal and external clients.
- Analyze and report on systems data, assess technical needs, and provide recommendations to management.
- Administer the Goods and Services Registry (GSR) and the Plan Item Repository (PIR) ensuring updates, accuracy, and compliance with business rules.
- Undertakes routine projects as required or assigned, such as compiling statistical, budget or other informational reports.

Your background and experience
- A minimum of Grade 12
- 18 - 27 months of related experience
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiently
