Job Description
Looking to grow your experience in digital content and ecommerce operations? In this role, you'll help maintain and enhance digital properties, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and create engaging user experiences.
This is an amazing opportunity to join the ecommerce team of one of Vancouver’s most reputable companies! This is a 6-month contract. Hybrid working model of 3 days’ onsite and 2 remote.

What- the Role:Reporting to the Lead, Catalogue Operations, this position will be instrumental in the maintenance & delivery of all product-based content which touches the digital properties inclusive of websites and mobile apps. Responsibilities will extend across multiple technology platforms and guest facing properties. In this role you will operate as the subject matter expert for key areas of the website and work with cross functional partners to execute strategies. Excellent communication skills and significant attention to detail is a must.
- Take a holistic view of content to help drive outcomes rather than maintain systems.
- Responsible for the day-to-day appearance and functionality of our client’s digital properties (website, app, future yet to be thought of technology).
- Execute weekly production tasks associated with merchandising products and assets on the website – including attribution, product and category creation and maintenance, etc.
- Work in Microsoft Excel, ATG’s Business Control Centre, and Endeca Experience Manager to create beautiful digital experiences.
- Support the ecommerce operations leadership in prioritization and implementation of new and enhanced website functionality.
- Evaluate and meet the content deployment needs of website section owners.
- Seek out and determine process efficiencies around weekly product drops.
- Work with templated, consistent content and merchandising data.
- Take a team-oriented approach to completing work.
- Education in marketing or operations preferred.
- 1 to 2 years ecommerce experience, with operations preferred.
- 1 to 2 years experience working in complex technical systems.
- Ability to function in dynamic and fast paced operational model.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Hourly rate of $30-33/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
Where:Vancouver, BC.
