Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree in public administration, business administration, or related field, AND
- A minimum of three (3) years related experience*.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience maybe considered.
*Related experience must include three (3) years in each of the following:
- Experience in a senior administrative role working in an executive office.
- Experience developing, managing and providing direction on briefing materials, reports and correspondence.
- Experience developing and implementing administrative processes.
- Experience developing and maintaining good working relationships with senior-level colleagues, technical staff, and partners.
- Experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
Preference may be given to candidates with:
- Experience supervising staff.

- Work flexible hours and be available during emergency activations 24/7 as needed.
