Job Summary

The Team
The Registry Team is an established group of approximately 25 dedicated professionals, including Customer Service Representatives, Registry Officers, and Case Managers, who work closely with other Tribunal staff to protect the human rights of British Columbians. They handle public inquiries, process complaints, and support case management with precision and care. The team values diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment where each member's contributions are recognized and appreciated as they work together to uphold a society free from discrimination.

The Role
The Case Manager plays a key role in supporting the Tribunal's work by providing case management, assisting Members with adjudication, coordinating arrangements, and offering valuable information on processes and resources. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to protect human rights, particularly by reducing barriers experienced by Indigenous Peoples, and ensuring access to justice. Candidates will be inspired by the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment dedicated to transforming human rights services.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements


This position requires applicants to have a minimum of the following:
  • Minimum of two (2) years post-secondary education with a minimum of two (2) years directly related experience
    OR;
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


*Related experience must include a minimum of two (2) years in the following:
  • Experience with administrative tribunals, legal process, legal support or relevant legislation.


Preference may be given to candidates with the following:
  • Two (2) years or more experience working in a high-volume case management environment.
  • Two (2) years or more experience working in the fields of human rights or social justice.
