Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a remote working role, that involves entering large amounts of numerical data collected from surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter large volumes of numerical data from surveys into our database.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or uncertainties in the data by working closely with the survey and data teams.
• Ensure that all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Front-load working hours as much as possible, prioritising data entry from Saturday to Wednesday to meet client deadlines and provide timely results.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of the data at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth data processing and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving data discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
