As technology manager - end user experience, you will be an advocate for all end users and be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of end user technologies at Best Buy Canada.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you'll do:

  • Be a people manager and a technology expert in end user services
  • Mentor and coach a team of senior technology professionals
  • Participate and lead in ongoing technical enhancements with an emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Work with the incident and problem management groups on root causes and proactive avoidance of future incidents
  • Perform deep analysis on things such as network traces and system log files
  • Support end user technologies where there is direct interaction with clients including senior executives
  • Act as the end-user technology escalation point for operational issues
  • Work closely with the technology manager of IAM

What we're looking for:

  • 2-5 years of leadership experience managing a team
  • Experience driving large scale initiatives to successful outcomes
  • Continuously staying up to date with deep knowledge with cloud technologies such as: Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and AADJ
  • Lead the journey on leveraging AI and finding ways it can reduce workload or automate with tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
  • Familiarity with security tools such as: Beyond Trust, Tanium, Zscaler, Microsoft Defender
  • Deep experience supporting End User technologies like Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Citrix, App-V, MSI-X, PowerShell and other commonly used end user software
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Annualized base pay range

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00This role has bonus components in addition to annualized base pay.

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
