Job Description

As part of the new business team within TD Insurance, Private Client Advice, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for attracting, acquiring and retaining high net worth clientele through various acquisition channels. The incumbent will have a growth mindset, be solutions oriented, strategic, and deliver exceptional client service. The role will require an underwriting focus to protect the profitability of the high net worth portfolio. Face to face and over the phone interactions will be required

We will also count on you to:
  • Conduct in-depth discovery of client assets, financial goals, risk tolerance and create a comprehensive Insurance Plan with tailored high net worth strategies.
  • Identify referral opportunities and work with TD partners to franchise each new client.
  • Work collaboratively with various TD partners including Product, Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, high net worth inspectors
  • Retain and service your own book of business
  • Establish and maintain a solid network with TD Wealth to build a pipeline of prospects and focus on opportunities to franchise each client
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of TDI policies and procedures, industry trends and protect the interests and reputation of TDI and its clients by continuous compliance to them.
  • Represent TDI and TDBG to the general public in a professional manner.
  • Participate in the local community and support TDI charity and community initiatives.
  • Participate fully as a member of the team and support a positive work environment that promotes the business' vision and legendary client experience.
  • Binding authority of $10MM

Job Requirements
  • An OTL license is required to be considered for this role (additional consideration may be provided to applicants with additional licensing)
  • 5+ years experience working in insurance sales is required
  • Experience working in a commission-based sales role is a strong asset
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Previous experience managing high net worth clients is considered a strong asset
