Supply Chain Analyst

Supply Chain Analyst opportunity with one of Vancouver’s most well-established and stable companies.

What- the Role:
On behalf of our client, SWIM is seeking a new Supply Chain Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations through comprehensive data analysis, process optimization, and performance reporting. This role involves documenting business processes, conducting stakeholder workshops, and generating process and procedure manuals. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining data mining models in Oracle Fusion and other systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). SWIM will provide interested and qualified candidates with a full job description.

Who- the Candidate:
We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years’ progressive experience in supply chain and business analysis. Hands-on eperience using Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules is required (such as procure to pay, order to cash, supplier information, etc.). Qualified candidates will have experience with data warehousing, data integration, and report writing (using Power BI and SQL). Preferred qualifications include membership in PMI, ISM, PMAC, and/or APICS. Strong skills in ERP systems, MRP, data quality, quantitative methods, and supply chain best practices are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Power BI. We are looking for folks with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and business savvy.

Where:
Based at a corporate office in North Vancouver. Initially full-time in office during training and onboarding, but eventually there is a hybrid schedule available in future- please discuss further with SWIM.

How Much:
Base salary will be commensurate with number of years of supply chain experience, relevant qualifications and education, and amount of experience using Oracle Fusion- for now, the range on the base salary is around $90,000 to $110,000.  Additionally, the new Analyst will be eligible for excellent health, dental & vision benefits and paid vacation.  Please note this is a 12-month term employee role to start, with chance for contract extension or conversion to permanent in future.
