We are currently seeking a Senior .Net Engineer (w/ Dynamics/Power expertise) to join our team remotely from Canada.

How You'll Help Us:

A Senior .Net Engineer (w/ Dynamics/Power expertise) is first and foremost an experienced software developer who specializes in .NET C# development and able to provide Power Platform SME expertise to client and team members. You'll be part of a team focused on delivering quality software for our clients.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Deliver code on time independently, meeting the Definition of Done

• Demonstrate Power Platform solution capabilities to the client

• Installation, setup, and configuration of D365 and Power Platform

• Develop and demonstrate depth in two or more technologies or platforms

• Mentor more junior developers in pair-programming sessions

• Provide design guidance within an established architecture

• Apply patterns and SOLID principles as second-nature

• Set up development environments from scratch

• Provide hosting requirements for deployment

• Create new builds in an established CI infrastructure and deploy code to established infrastructure

• Design features with supervision

• Train new team members in source control management, continuous integration, and story management tools

• Identify and propose design and performance improvements to client applications, systems and processes

• Raise issues to clients

• Resolve issues 1:1 with client peers

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience developing in C#

• 5+ years of Power Platform development experience to include experience with MS Dataverse, development of Power Apps (model-driven & canvas) and Power Automate.

• An active Reliability Security Clearance

• 5+ years of experience working with .NET technologies including at least one of the following: Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, or MAUI

• 3+ years of experience with unit testing

• 2+ years of experience in creating new hosting and deployment environments from scratch, working knowledge of containers and virtualization

Preferred:

• Highly proficient implementing and consuming SOAP or REST services

• Advanced debugging and troubleshooting tools and techniques

• Expert database programming skills

• Expertise in Object-Oriented Design and Development (SOLID principles)

• In-Depth understanding of Server operating systems and Cloud hosting models, and strong ability to establish new Continuous Integration, integrate with SCM, and setup builds

• Strong experience with the Agile methodology and the SCRUM process

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prior team leadership experience strongly preferred

• Master's degree in technical discipline desired
